I have a question about updating the bios for this board, as with many other boards when running RAID0. How can you "load defaults" and exit when running raid? You will not be able to boot to windows. I assume it to be ok to save to default, enable the raid function to at least get you to boot, right?

In this case, you'll need to boot the BIOS update from a CD/USB so that you can set your defaults before flashing, as you wouldn't be able to boot from your RAID (as you mentioned). Then once you've finished you can re-enable RAID in the BIOS and boot normally, assuming everything goes well of course
