I do like X-flow radiators because they help to attain a cleaner looking loop. But the odd shaped end tanks usually limit your options in radiator size in some areas of a case. I hope their quality control has gotten better than is was a few years back when I got 3 of the radiators for my current machine. Paint was blotchy, stickers were poorly applied, and their was a couple spots of rust on the outer case of my radiator. Although I suppose none of that mattered because I painted it all anyway.

I have no less than 5 Alphacool radiators in operation now the last two I got were totally clean when I flushed them and the quality in general has gone up. Beyond performance they are my go to standard mostly for the multi ports. The top and bottom and bleed ports are indispensable IMHO. I can see where the XFlow could cleanup/enhance a build but I'll have to wait and see if the performance is there. Increased flow rate sounds good but proof is in the pudding. The only thing that give me pause is that there are no reviews published at launch. If manufacturers are proud of there stuff they make sure to get it out there to qualified respected reviewers with an NDA until released. I know Alphacool is not notorious for this but if it/they were serious they would. In other words why wait for reviewers to request a sample for testing pick who you want and establish a relationship. In the end they will pick a few any way and many of us wouldn't buy one with out a review.
