Hi friends!!!

I present my new project:

Micro- (symbol µ) is a unit prefix in the metric system denoting a factor of 10−6 (one millionth).[1] Confirmed in 1960, the prefix comes from the Greek μικρός (mikrós), meaning "small".
The symbol for the prefix comes from the Greek letter μ (mu). It is the only SI prefix which uses a character not from the Latin alphabet.

Hardware:
Case: In Win 805
MB: Asus X99-M WS
CPU: i7-5930K
RAM: 4x4GB Kingston HyperX Predator DDR4 2666
GPU: EVGA GTX 980 Ti Classified
Storage: SAMSUNG 840 EVO 256GB + 750GB (and maybe WD Caviar Green 1T + 3T)
Sound Card: Asus Xonar Essence STX
PS: Seasonic X-1250 or Corsair Ax760i
KB: Logitech G710+
Mice: Razer Taipan
Monitor: Dell U3415W
OS: Windows 10 Pro
Speaker: KRK Rokit 5 v2

Custom Watercooling & Others:
CPU: EK Supremacy EVO X99 - Nickel

GPU: EK-FC780 GTX Classy - Acetal+Nickel

Pump: Aquacomputer D5 PWM + Koolance Top COV-RP450V2
Deposito: Koolance Reservoir body, 60x200mm (393ml)
Fittings: Coolforce CF1 Fitting - Hard Tube Adaptor - straight - G1/4 male to 12mm - black (xY)
Tubre: Chromated copper 12/10
Rad: EK 360 45mm thick
Fans: EK Vardar F4
Bitspower G1/4 Matt Black AIR-Exhaust Fitting - BP-MBETAIR
Bitspower G1/4 Matt Black Stop Fitting BP-MBWP-C06 (xY)

At the moment some photos new arrivals...
When I opened GPU waterblock... OMG!!!! ****!!! It is very biggggger!!!! Fantastic!!!

The same with de Classified, BIGGGGGERRRR!!!

And the In Win 805...

After I presented this bigger GPU to look...

I have 103mm free from GPU to front plate fans to install a 60mm diameter reservoir, 45mm thick rad and fans.

And after I present waterblock to look free space with tempered glass...

My idea is don't moddify the case except do better air cooling or personalized panels.

Sorry for my english friends

JaPeMo,

looks like a great start to a new build.  I wanted to let you know that I had to change the title of the Thread to remove the special character "µ".  It was causing the thread to break and not load correctly, which would mean no one would be able to see your work log.  Its been edited, so everyone should be able to see it now.

Hi
Today I continued dismount case and I found this...

After I presented and installed components to look free space and position. In the first option. I installed reservoir in vertical position

Second option, I don't like much with reservoir in horizontal...

After, I installed grills

Now, I changed ilumination panel with RGB led strip...

This is all for the moment...

Good night friends.
After a while on Saturday and another little while today I show progress.
The blocks in the MB and RAM

We spent the copper chromed...

My first tube ...

It seems easy, right ... for the next 2 have led me all afternoon, it's not like acrylic, copper pipe involves not a step up, but 2 in a ladder ...

And the last, with double curve provided, I sweated blood to finger ... not sting like scabies ...

When I say that is 2 steps, I mean this ...

I wasted tube, when you're wrong, there's no turning back. I have left, are supposed to be easier, but until it touches wood finish before starting it ...
Regards!!!

Hi
Cool GTX
Nice photos of the updates.
How are you deburring the tubing ?
The "pinched off" opening may indicate a dull cutter or you may be applying too much pressure to the cutting wheel - causing the collapse at the cut end.

I don't understand very well your ask (problem that don't know english very well), but If you want say What I use to cut pipe, I'm using this:

UPDATES!!!
Yesterday I received some components to change and install. New reservoir from Aquacomputer, pump from EK, Top pump from Aquacomputer, heatpipes for pump from EK and last flow indicator from barrows

And now, I'm working in plate to fix rad and fans to case...

Now I go to continue working....

Hi
I was finish the reservoir support. It wasn't perfect, but I don't want spend much time, maybe I will do some tick to do good quality. It is very solid, more than I thought.

I gone fast and crash...

When I finished support I know that I done bad drills with wrong position, I do new drills and correct this without problems. Now are reversible...

Now, I used fittings and adapters but I have pipe to install and look wich is more beautifull
Regards!!!

A lot of thanks!!! For me are great your comment....

A little update...
Today I moddified an Aquacomputer Filter. Above have a G1/8 hole but I changed by G1/4 for insert elbow and valve to drain.
Before...

After...

I corrected a pipe that it is very corved and forced GPU. After I put pump, flow indicator, aquaero and filter. I know how install aquaero, but pump, filter and flow ind, I don't know.

I don't like that the power supply only you can install with up fan position, maybe I moddify undercase to rotate power supply 180º....
I think that tomorrow I will found a solution...
Regards

Finally I decided don't install filter by don't charge case in the base and don't disturb aquaero vision.
I was built plate for pump...

And finished 2 pipes

And install Aquaero flow sensor MPS400
[

This is all...

THANKS boy!!!!

I come with 2 updates, paint and restoration of fan and radiator.
Start!!!
In first step, I would like paint with chrome paint, I try but I don't like effect and finished. And I decided use spray paint in white aluminum color.
First with fan. I like it too much, have a gun metal aspect!!!

Following with rad. I polish and I decided don't paint, Rad have steel in both sides. Polish and paint with clear brilliant lack and with black paint in top and down.

ESPECTACULAR!!!!! I like combination, following color of my project and inox steel of pump top, mps flow, aquaero and screws.
This weekeng I have a free time to do other works in my house.
See you again in a few days!!!
Este fin de semana tocan otras tareas asi que hasta la semana que viene!!!

Hi
This post will be longer than normal due to the breakthrough I've achieved. So I hope you enjoy !!!
I come with advances these days. I stayed in the last support, because I well, took longer than it should...

So I had to repeat it. It was a complicated piece by the shape and angles, the slightest mistake could break or burn. Patience was rewarded...

This piece is to support the aquaero

Next step, modify front glass. This is joint the box, and don't get front air, so I install a 7mm separators...

I had gained 1 cm thick for free air intake. However after testing still, fans were able to not take a lot of flow, so I drill rivets and to modify the front of the case by removing all the inner ribs with the dremel, then sanding the surface and finally a layer of paint.

After this we turn to the lighting, time, testing and wiring, the main problem. Leave well without being burdensome. We start by finishing the lighting side of the box logo

I leave a video of the tests ...
https://youtu.be/DTpKz75JC_4

I leave the lighting to keep riding hard in the box. SSDs installed with spacers. The idea is to have the minimum wiring seen, already difficult by the large number of cables required Aquaero for accessories and sensors

And the back after installing everything. I had never gotten such an organization in any of my previous projects, I am satifecho with my result.

Well, after all this and a weekend muuuuuy intense, it has today arrived FILLING !!!

The first firing of the RL, only the pump aquaero to test ...

And after five minutes I had to empty, a board of a male-male adapter tenial very dry board and mashed and lost. So after changing it full again and there he is, on and purging air. Photo and video...

If all goes well, i am just plug it in, turn on and configure the PC
In a few days I'll put photos and a final video project.
Regards!!!
