Hi guys according to my tracking my 780 was delivered to EVGA Taiwan on the 24th but but the status still says "RMA Received: Pending"
 
Just wondering if this is normal or if there's an issue?

    This is normal, Please allow the RMA department a full business day for them to sort and check your product in as received.

    Well that's the thing, it's been almost 2 business days and it hasn't even been marked as received.

    3pm on the 3rd day and still nothing, does anyone from the Taiwan office even read this board? And yes I have submitted a ticket.
     
    Edit: So another day of fail, guess I'm waiting until next week.....how many days does it take to scan a box ffs

    Not to hijack your thread or anything. I also sent in a card to Taiwan for RMA which was also collected on the 24th. I'm a bit less worried now after finding this thread. Hopefully they update it today or tomorrow

    Well it's been a week and they still haven't even marked my card as received, won't reply to my support query and the reps here are avoiding this thread like the plague.
     
    Don't think I'll ever buy EVGA again.

    We do apologize for any confusion if you had missed the notification however I can confirm that our EVGA Taiwan office is currently closed and this may be why you have not received a response quite yet.  There is a notice posted up on the EVGA Asia region main website explaining the details.  http://asia.evga.com/about/pressrelease/20151120.asp
