Fallout 4 on X58 950 4GHz 970 24GB RAM

Will the above be able to run fallout at Max or near max settings? Just trying to gauge if my system can handle a current gen game on max settings if I throw some cash at it.
 
Would it run SW Battlefront as well (maxed out)?

    I'm running a 920 @ 3.5, 6 gigs of ram and a 980 with everything maxed at 1080 with zero issues.
