How to Fix Stuttering in PC Games 970 GTX ?

Not sure if anyone else is having the same issue as me but all my games starts stuttering and my FPS dropping to 30-60 If i leave it and don't close the game the stuttering gets worse and the game becomes unplayable

    Sounds like a memory leak.  As mentioned above, you would need to provide much more detail for others to offer suggestions.
     
    System specs, OS, display & refresh rate, game(s) you've seen this issue in, etc...
     
    Also, the way you worded the title of your thread makes it sound as if you have found a way to fix this issue you had...?
