Does this PSU come with or without any of the Modular Cables?

I saw on pcgamer this link  for the P2 1000W PSU for 99.99 and I understand that it is a refurbished product but I wasn't sure if it came with the modular cables for me to hook up my Motherboard and components?

    Yes, because the PSU won't work without any cables.

    I know it won't work without any cables lol, what I'm trying to say is that if you buy this item new it comes with the modular cables does that same principle apply with the refurbished one as well? It's pretty important bc I mean at 100 bucks for the PSU from EVGA store, if it didn't come with the cables that is roughly another $90, which makes a refurbished PSU $190 when a new one with the cables is the same price.

    The refurbished power supplies should come with the original cables. However I will ask EVGA to verify this. Due to the Thanksgiving holidays the support section won't be available until later.

    Ty very much for you help with this matter.  I'm just afraid that the sale was a black friday only price, but with nobody in customer care to talk to to confirm yes or no I didn't want to possibly end up purchasing a big mistake.

    This is correct. The B-stock power supplies on our webstore at www.EVGA.com come with the modular cables included.
