Is there any Windows drivers that might make the built in sound device work?  I can't get Win 10 to see the device.  It reports no audio device is installed.

Thanks!

Welcome to the forums..I'll go ahead and presume you mean an nForce 790i SLI motherboard and that 791i is a typo.

    1) Make sure HD Audio is enabled in BIOS -> Integrated Perhiperals.

    2) Go directly to Realtek..Go to the HD Audio Codec Driver (in Quick Links) and try the recently released Win10 R2.79 driver.
