I currently have the 980 ACX 2.0 card (04G-P4-2981-KR) and just bought a B-stock EVGA card 980 (04G-P4-2982-RX, for $339!) that has the blower style cooler. Which one should be on top and which on the bottom, for maximum cooling? I have a Corsair 200R case that has 6 fans in it, and is great at internal cooling. I'm thinking Blower on top and ACX on bottom, but I wanted opinions.

Thanks!

Just try both and see which works best for your setup.

Blower on top, ACX on bottom. That's what I would do. But as Sajin said you can try both and see which way yields better temps.
