I am unable to adjust the non turbo override ratio in order to achieve my target over clock with turbo mode disabled. Multiplier is set to manual and the core Multiplier is set to 46, non turbo override will not go over 40. Hopefully I'm missing something small or stupid? I couldn't find an answer on here, reddit or Google as of yet. *I believe I am on 1.07 bios (?)* I was up so late yelling at a blank screen I don't fully remember :P

    Hello, I would first recommend downloading the current BIOS and updating dating it.  There have been some clocking improvements, then retest.  If you are still having an issue, the BIOS allows screen capturing, it writes directly to a FAT32 formatted USB flash drive, then post them here and we can look it over for you.
     
    Also, what is your goal for clocking, what memory do you have and what settings is it running at, AND, what type of cooling do you have on your CPU?
