precision x install / windows start up issue

So for the life of me I can never get this software to start on windows 10 startup. I tried to uninstall the previous version I had and install the new one but it's keeping my custom settings for whatever reason. How the hell do I do a clean install / remove my old profile???

    Close PrecisionX..Delete both the EVGAPrecision.cfg and the precisionxserver.cfg files located in the Program Files (x86)\EVGA\Precision\Profiles folder..Open PrecisionX..Close PrecisionX again and new .cfg's will be auto-recreated with the original settings.
     
    Open PrecisionX, click the right arrow (under the sliders) 2 times..Go to the Gerneral settings..Check Start With OS, and also to Start Minimized if you want.

    derp, i totally forgot to even check the install folder -_- ty lol
