GTX 980 FTW suddenly dead!

My fantastic GTX 980 FTW has suddenly stopped working, yesterday for no apparent reason my monitor went blank with no signal received, I re-seated the card and checked connections rebooted and everything was fine for the rest of the day.
 
This morning I got three beeps at post, and no signal to the monitor, pulled everything apart reset the card and still no post.
 
Re-installed a GTX 680 I had and the system is back and working!
 
Whilst my card is registered with EVGA and now find I cannot talk to any Tech support here in Australia! can anybody tell me how to get my card replaced/fixed here in Australia, the retailer I got it from is not an option

    I am sorry to hear that you are having a problem with your product.  I can confirm that our Taiwan office does offer warranty assistance for your region, but that it is recommended to go to the place of purchase within the first year of purchase whenever possible.
     
    In this case since you are unable to return to the place of purchase, I do recommend either submitting a warranty request at http://au.evga.com/support/guestregister.asp or contacting our Taiwan office during business hours so that they may assist you directly.

    Card on its way to Taiwan, bloody expensive exercise this RMA  next card from somebody more local, I guess the next couple of months my Galax GTX 680 will do the job.
