Do you guys think that EVGA will allow me to RMA this card after 7 years?  long story short, the card just went out on me(bad memory artifacts on screen) I forgot to register the card during the first 30 days of purchase, and the company that I bought it from is no longer in service (zipzoomfly.com).

If you didn't register the card, and it is 7 years old, more than likely not. I can understand extending 3 year warranties by a couple of months, but 4 years is probably stretching it.

You can try, but I seriously doubt EVGA will warranty it..If not, you can disassemble the card and bake only the PCB like this..Solder cracking on the PCB wasn't uncommon in cards of that era which can cause all sorts of issues, especially artifacting..Baking should reflow any solder cracks that might exist..Pretty much guaranteed the solder has cracked somewhere on it..Bake it if you want to and hope for the best, just be sure to bake it with the GPU side up, not down..But first I'd reseat the card in the PCIe slot and reseat the supplemental power connector/s too if that model has any and make sure it isn't overheating..You could try it in another machine just to be sure the card is in fact faulty..If baking fixes it, it might only last a short time, or a long time, who knows..Good luck.

Yeah, a rma is def not gonna happen then because that card falls under the prior warranty rules they had from before the June or July 2011 change over, which were much more strict. You can inquire but it would def be very surprising if they did it.
