How Do I Customize the Windows 10 Start Menu with Start10 by Stardock? Start10 is an application that gives you the a Window 7 start menu back that Windows 8.1/Windows 10 took away. I want to group certain applications in one folder on the start menu and not have them all spread out. For example, I want to keep all my Windows utilities in one folder on the start menu. What is the best way to do this setup?

windows 10 already does thes e bydefault  in the start menu  why use start10  when it is already the start menu in 10  already does this  and or you can  also pin a folder  to the start  menu where the live tyiles  are  and  take those off as  well

This same process can be done within the Windows 7 settings. I just need to know how to do it within Windows 10 All I need is to make new folders and label them has such example, Office Utilities, System Utilities, Media Tools. Then move those programs to each of those folders related to which type of software their related to. I don't like my desktop menu all cluttered and thrown around. I like my stuff neat and organized.
I don't like the Windows 10 tile tab boxes at all. I prefer the other the requested layout. Do you know how I can do that from start to finish? :)

Right Click on the Start Menu and see the Second Start Menu.

Classic Shell can do what you want and more. It's free last I checked.

You're getting that pop up box because you already installed Start10 I'd say...  But either way, you won't get what you want I don't think in Win10 unless you use 3rd party software.

Yes, that's what I'm using is start10 a 3rd Party Software. The Windows 10 start menu that comes with the OS looks tacky and crappy guys. The tile box effect isn't my thing at all. I was able to get Start10 to change my start menu here's what it looks like now.

I'm still trying to customize a new folder on my custom start10 windows menu but still can't figure out the location to add a new folder so that it will show up in the start menu.
For example Office tools, PC Utilities.
