I have the Z-97 Stinger Mini ITX with wifi and a MSI GTX-970 100ME graphics card with a 600w Corsair PSU and can't get above 51k Folding at 1510mhz. I have installed my other identical card in this rig with the same results. I have also reinstalled Win7 and followed correct procedures with loading drivers (rebooting after each) and loading graphics drivers (older to most recent) and over-clocking software (Precision X and Afterburner, not together). I've also tried different passkeys (all having Folded multiple units) in FAH. Both cards run at 300k plus on my other rig, so I know for a fact there is a definite problem. Does this PCI slot actually support 3.0? I see that some (including this board) have PCI Express x 16 listed, but no actual specs on Newegg. Other sites report it as "running at 3.0", but I have to wonder. Any help and/or suggestion would be greatly appreciated!

I think you might get more help in the folding at home forum so I moved your post here

Make sure you have at least 1 cpu thread open for the card. Also tell us about the driver, work unit and core if possible.

I'm running a Pentium G-3258 with one core at around 75% usage and one below 50 while folding. I haven't upgraded the BIOS as I run it stock. I've tried several nVidia drivers with the current one installed now. I've run core 18 and 21 work units. I've also discovered that I am indeed drawing the points I should be, but it is quite aggravating to have the PPD's not showing accurately in FAH. Read my original post. I think I've covered all the trouble-shooting bases. My only other thought is that maybe I do need to update the BIOS.
I've just noticed my estimated PPD's aren't including my QRB. Do I have to fold ten units on this rig before they show up? I don't remember that being so with my others. I'm folding on five rigs currently.

Do you have the Client running at FULL or Medium?
Are you allowing your Computer to Sleep?
With Core 18 and 21 what are the Project Numbers that you are getting?
Also is your Intel® HD Graphics enabled, if so and are you Folding on it as well?
I found a good MHz for my 980 for Folding at 1470 MHz and increase the voltage to +.31 and +0.50 (EVGA Precision X 16 5.3.8)

I'm Folding at full, onboard graphics and sleep are disabled, and I've gotten a slew of different units. Can't tell you which ones as I have been changing my passkeys periodically (I have 5) to see if that's the issue (two rigs on one passkey). I know that my QRB's aren't showing up for whatever reason on the Staus page, but I am receiving them.

I see that EVGA has teams. Do you guys have any form of team competition? I enjoy that part of OCN. It's a thrill to see if I can be first in my division.

At the same time I know that the reason for Folding is not based on that at all, but getting a good, stable overclock is still exhilarating!

I honestly don't think your BIOS is the problem. I'm getting full credit on ancient equipment.

If you are receiving base credit and not QRB I'd look to the passkey situation.
"I've also tried different passkeys (all having Folded multiple units) in FAH."
10 WU's per passkey is needed to get the QR bonus. You don't need to get a new passkey every time you change hardware, teams etc. I've had 1 passkey since I first started over multiple teams and rigs. That could be the problem. If you are using the same name under multiple passkeys, they should all show up in FAH stats.

I'm getting the QRB, it's just not showing up on the Status page. Therefore my estimated PPD's aren't at all accurate. It really doesn't matter all that much, as PPD's range from upper 200's to upper 300's anyway. Just been a thorn in my side and my perfectionism is showing through. She's folding like a champ at 1516mhz.

    Hello everyone,

I'm new here and its great to be a part of what you all are doing! I had some pretty basic questions that I didnt see browsing the initial "Getting stated" guides that would be great to know. Do forgive me if this is the wrong place to post this. I joined team #111065 which seems like the correct one, but whats the next step? I read that there were some monthly steps and goals and we had to claim them or something but I cant find that page again. Any helpful words would be great and I look forward to folding for the foreseeable future.
