I've always been tempted to try out a Windows phone... But my carrier only supports their low end devices... So it's not going to happen anytime soon for me. Windows needs to try harder with getting their devices out on all carriers. Especially their Lumia devices.
It's hard to do when carriers like Verizon have already bailed on them. The Icon was the last "flagship" and was pulled less than 6 months after they went on sale.
You can purchase this unlocked from Microsoft. They list all of the network bands that it is compatible with in their store. If it is not compatible with VZW, I will go to AT&T. I've had better service with AT&T than VZW. Last time I switched was..... 2007?
