My computer had to reboot about 3 times after fully installing Windows 10 before everything started kicking in. Until then, post your computer specs and describe your 570 failure with more detail (are the fans spinning, does it have no output? etc.)

disable the install windows update drivers in the device manager / advance system settings / hardware tab / device installation / set to no /and  install driver from device manufacturer / then try it again,,,
 
also, did you install the update link that was attached?

Link installed checked no for the auto install for the 570 and the 970. Cant seem to find this in windows 10. device manager / advance system settings / hardware tab / device installation / set to no /and  install driver from device manufacturer /.
 
Whats weird is that I have no monitors plugged into the 570, but if I uninstall the driver for it in device manager my second monitor shuts off.

we had a similar issues with our Fermi's but we got them to work with 10, hopeful I can get theres working also

I have the same issue with a GTX670 FTW and a GTX550Ti that won't work together.  According to nVidia's forum the culprit is Win 10 can't load the WDDM mode 2.0 (Win 10) for the Maxwell/Kepler GPU and WDDM mode 1.3 (Win 8.1) for the Fermi GPU at the same time so one loses out.  Let us hope a fix is forthcoming.

NVIDIA provides Windows 10 driver support for our Maxwell, Kepler (select GeForce 600 series, GeForce 700 series and above GPUs) and Fermi class GPUs (GeForce 400 series, GeForce 500 series and select Geforce 600 series GPUs).  Maxwell and Kepler GPU architectures support Windows 10  2.0 mode with support for Fermi coming at a later date.  At the time of Windows 10 launch, the GeForce Fermi architecture operates in WDDM 1.3 mode.  Since it is not possible to load both NVIDIA WDDM 2.0 and 1.3 mode drivers at the same time, you will not be able to mix Fermi class GPU(s) with Kepler/Maxwell class GPUs.  If your PC has a combination of both a Fermi class GPU and Kepler/Maxwell class GPU, the WDDM mode that loads will depend on which card will POST first.  Please refer to the table below for additional information."

This should get fixed when Nvidia releases the DirectX 12 drivers for Fermi later this year, as currently it is not supported yet.

Latest driver update fixed it

Glad it's fixed.           

Rolled back to previous driver with a clean install.... (Deleted for Language) still doesn't work.

So after the latest driver update computer "blue screens" until I physically remove the card from my system.  
 

Did the above. Doesn't "blue screen" on boot up now, but the 570 still doesn't work.
