My EVGA Note 7 won’t hold a charge; in addition something is wrong with the charger connection. I’ve tried a few other USB chargers that work with other devices and they won’t charge the EVGA Note.

I noticed that other people on the EVGA message boards have also discussed these problems. I believe that there is a design flaw with the Note 7.

Are there other options under warranty other than getting another Note 7 (or the same one repaired) with the same design flaws?

I guess this belongs under warranty questions.

Is there another tablet forthcoming from EVGA?  Or, is that was the Shield tablet is supposed to be?

    Hello,

I see that you have already proceeded with a RMA submission. As for warranty option, a repair or replacement unit will be issued once your RMA has been processed. Currently  EVGA does not have a successor to the Nvidia Tegra Note7 tablet.
The Nvidia Shield Tablet is a completely different product from the Tegra Note 7 and is not an EVGA branded product.

I asked the very same question during their live stream, wanted to see if they were planning on releasing a tegra x1 tablet.  No answer, just crickets.
