PrecisionX 16 + Diablo 3full screen makes mouse not responding when Alt Tabbing

PrecisionX 16 + Diablo 3 full screen makes mouse not responding when Alt Tabbing
Went back to the old version 4.2.1 and problem is not occuring anymore.
How to reproduce:
Install PrecisionX 16
Start Diablo 3 full screen
Alt tab to windows (tested in 8.1 + 10)
Go back to d3
 
*May take a few times) but mouse cursor in d3 wont move anymore it's stuck. Odd part is that somehow there is still a hidden mouse sins you can still click but the cursor wont move with you. If you change full screen to windows mode d3 crashes this problem is also gone in 4.2.1.*
 
As mentioned if i delete x16 and install the very old 4.2.1 problem isn't there anymore.
 
Hope there is a fix so I can use x16 on win10.

    I've seen the mouse disappear without Precision active in Diablo 3. A change of resolution resolved it. I changed it to a lower resolution, saved the change, and then back to the same resolution.

    I don't have any problems with the mouse when I go back to 4.2.1 without precision also no problems. Only when I install 16 I have these issues.

    Yeah my mouse disappears with Precision X running for any Blizzard game (D3/SC2).

    Just wanted to chime in and say im having same issues with blizzard games, i lose cursor and the games crash.  it will even crash the battle.net launcher program sometimes as well.  Doesn't matter what resolution or full screen/windows mode, nothing makes a difference.  PrecisionX 16 can't be running, close PrecisionX 16 and problem goes away.  For now i just configure my GTX 980 the way i want it then close the application from the tool tray and then I can play any blizzard game i want.

    Was curious if there is any status update on this issue. Been two months.
