So EVGA has already won my loyalty thus far and I will be building  a new machine to have full EVGA gear. In no way am I being impatient or demanding.  This is my first RMA (other than one that never got replied to from G.Skill =( BUMMER!) Within 5 mins of my request it was approved on last Friday. I shipped it out that Monday and it arrived that Thursday. the status changed to preparing to ship product on Thursday night (holy crap fast) Now I know nothing happens on weekends and that's no problem. As this is my first RMA I'm curious as to when it might be shipped out and if the 10 year warranty extends to the replacement. Thank you for the great service and for reading this!

I am glad to hear that you are happy with EVGA so far. Your RMA replacement should be shipping early this coming week. Any replacements under warranty would continue the warranty of the original purchase.

Must have patience  I just miss my baby ;-;

EDIT: Just received an email saying it'll be shipped out this morning. I could kiss some techs right now.
