How long does this process take, EVGA recieved my gpu on the 2nd of this month, i miss my baby :'[

    I see that your card was received on 2 October. The warehouse isn't open on weekends, so there's no RMA processing that goes on then. Once we receive the card, it can take 1-3 days for it to process through and your replacement to go out. If all goes well, such as there's no physical damage on your card, it should ship out Tuesday at the earliest.

    Be aware, sometimes you receive your card before the tracking number shows it shipped... Call it magic or something, but it will be back to you soon :-)

    If you purchased the card over 30 days ago, you will probably receive a refurbished card back.

    Let me be a little more thorough:
