I just received a GTX 760 in response from a RMA, however this card is having several issues, the first thing I noticed was a lot of flickering pixels throughout the screen, also some weird patterns keep appearing across the screen and the nvidea drivers are constantly crashing. I thought it was outdated drivers but it wasn’t the case, also I tried using VGA cable through DVI adapter, DVI cable, and HDMI cable and the problems persist.

When I contacted EVGA Latam support and I was told I had to send my video card to US. I live in Colombia and it cost $75us to ship to California so that’s what I had to pay that time. The shipping option took more than two weeks to ship which left me without PC. I thought I was going to receive a new product but I think I got a faulty recertified card. I don’t want to RMA again If I RMA this card I will have to pay $150 total for both RMAs and in the end I will be getting another re certified card that I’m not sure if it’s going to work. Could somebody from EVGA help me with this?

I already contacted the support team and they told me I have to RMA again, I really don't want to RMA again, I don't want to spend 150us on shipment just to get another recertified card which I'm not sure if it's going to work. It’s probably safer to buy a new one. I'm so disappointed with the service and the product I received.

I would ask them for a prepaid shipping label since this is your 2nd RMA in under a month.

I asked for a prepaid label but they don't offer it when you're outside the US

Did you speak with a manager about it. I would point out to the manager that this is a second RMA, that you already spent over $50 before to RMA the card.

So to follow up, a Sales Manager from the LATAM team called me and helped me out with my problem. I had to RMA my recertified card again, however they upgraded me to a new GTX 960 from the local inventory and I'm pleased with it.

In the end EVGA gave me great support and assistance, thanks a lot.
