OSD in games doesn't refresh

 Hello guys
 
i have the following issue precision and in game osd doesn't refresh, only if i close and open the whole application is giving a few new things but fps are always 0.0
i have also included a screenshot
 
please advice.

    i have the same problem on fallout 3 and rising storm,dying light,some c.o.d. titles.
    it seems to me that it might be a steam problem,all of my origin games it works great.
    i have only had this glicth on steam games.
