I think your 110% wrong. The Camaro will be smoking the Mustang in sales again, already does it in performance with the older platform.
I think I am right. Majority of America cant even afford a $40,000-$70,000 or whatever how much the camaro cost based on what model you get. Of course everyone thinks of the highest end model and highest end trim. Basically eight out of ten Americans are in debt with it be medical, auto, home, student loan, municipal, divorce, children, and credit card debt. Each American can of course have more than one of those too. What is disturbing too is that seven out of ten Americans think its a necessity to go in to large amounts of debt. So therefore no one really cares now about the car because they cant have one. Basically you and many more on this forum are just having wishful thinking of having one. "But HAZMAN I can afford one." Sure you can.

Now this I can agree with you. Yes this goes for a mustang, a charger, a BMW M4, Audi S5 or any other expensive car. And yes again people truly truly do pay stupid amounts for a vehicle. But thats either because they dont know any better and dont know how to bargain, or because of bad credit. Now I dont agree some one being able to finance a car with 0% interest. Why because how is the dealership and the bank going to get their money. Well the dealership can get a bit extra money from the sales tax of course. But there is no way in heck that can happen especially today in America unless your some lucky guy that is bed buddies with some one lol. BUT I know you can get an interest rate thats not even a percent. I am a example of that. My mazda 3 I have when I bought it had a .8% interest rate when I financed it.

My mom bought a new Malibu about 3 months ago and got 72 months 0% interest on it. She had the option of taking a rebate or 0% interest and she took the 0% interest. It's all figured into the final price of the car. Of course she saved more taking the 0% interest then the rebate. A lot of people won't qualify for 0% and the rebate is there to help get the car sold anyways.

MSRP on a 2016 Camaro SS will be $37,000, which is to outperform the 1LE trim of the Camaro SS, which is already vastly faster than the Mustang GT with the Performance Pack.
But the Ford GT, it looks great (Like the old GT, the GT90 and a Maserati MC12 combined), buuuuuut... I would be taking my money elsewhere knowing that the engine that it comes with is a twin turbo variant of what was supplied in the Ford Flex... Yuck!!
The biggest question is, will GM kill this one off with more performance at a fraction of the price like it did the last one? :O

I liked the looks of the previous Ford GT, the new one will have to grow on me. The current Z06 will probably out perform it for less.

Car & Driver did their Lightning Lap this year with the brand new 2015 Mustang GT with the "Performance Pack" which is a new rendition of the "Track Pack." It was 4.1 seconds slower than the 2013 Camaro SS 1LE... It will be no competition, the Mustang will be sent to the glue factory. Exactly, one could argue "Well, why did they compare a brand new generation of Mustang with the prior generation Camaro?" Didn't stop the Camaro from wiping the floor with the Mustang lol And that 375/355 is what many consider the average, some have seen as high as 385rwhp and as low as only 355rwhp... Pretty inconsistent.

The Mustang was on a dynojet, it did not say what type the Camaro was dynoed on.
Either way, who buys one of these cars and leaves them stock....
Besides even at 2000HP that Camaro no matter how you look at it, it is still fuggly.
Come on now, it's not that bad looking lol It definitely looks much better than the 5th gens. It has a stealthy, stingray influenced coupe.     EDIT: 2016 Camaro SS was dyno'ed at Addiction Motorsports who does use a Dyno-Jet.
