Precision X 5.3.7 problem

I'm running Windows 10 and have a 980 Ti.. When I try to open Precision X it goes in my taskbar but will not display the precision x settings UI. If I alt+tab I can see It and if I try to click on it, same thing. I tried reinstalling fully and remaking my profiles. I'm also running dual monitors

    We do apologize for any issues with Precision X. Please make sure you do not have any other monitoring software and please try testing with one monitor to see if you have the same issues. If you are continuing to have issues, could send us a few screenshots to support@evga.com.
