Can't Use SM951 on Classified

Got up and running.  Windows 10 x64 Pro
 
CSM Disabled
BIOS 1.03 flashed via USB
All Boot settings set to UEFI
M.2 Enabled in BIOS
GTX Titans on Slots 1 and 4 as advised by manualSM951 AHCI 512GB version in slot
 
The Samsung will neither show in BIOS nor Windows.  I have delicately reseated it twice and all the PCIE disable switches are set to ON.  I've tested with two SM951s now.  BIOS 1.03 also got rid of fastboot.
 
Any help or advice?

    I am sorry to hear this. Please try BIOS 1.04 here and see if there is any change as one of the fixes is M.2 detection issues with this motherboard.

    I have  sm951 on classified  ,and  work ok ,
    have you tried with only one GPU...

    1.04 fixed the issue.  Still has a slow POST compared to the original BIOS but that's probably due to using 4 sticks of Ripjaws 4 instead of 2 sticks.  CSM has always been off due to a lack of need for it.  While messing with things, I managed to lose the M.2 securing screw.  It is currently held in place by a Titan X in slot 4.  Would anybody happen to know the thread pitch and size so I can replace it?
     
    Oh and for other owners, 1.03 on up is almost required for memory.  On another build I did with this board it would not complete POST (error 55, IMC init) without 1.03 when XMP was on (Ripjaws 5 16gb 3000).  After 1.03, 32gb RJ5 with XMP worked 100%.
