Hi guys after I've received my RMA replacement a few weeks ago my graphics card seems to be making a very annoying sound right now which gets worse the hotter the card gets.
I've recorded a video but i cannot post the link due to the post requirements.
 
Basically one of the fans seems to be scratching along the heatsink of the card and I cannot figure out which one it is exactly.

Looks like you identified the problem when stopping the fans with your fingers.

I would be careful with the WD-40. If it gets on the circuit board and causes any damage they can deny you a later RMA request. It's up to you. I would submit an RMA request and be done with it.

Try to see if the screws of the heatsink near/around of the fans are not loose. If they are try to tighten them. If this doesn't work use a air can and try to blow it underneath the fan, make sure you use your thumb to hold the fan by applying pressure in the round middle section of the fan. If problem persists just simply RMA to avoid any issues. In case you are not tech savvy.

If the fan mounting screws are tight, it could be the fan blades coming apart. I had one do that. An rma fixed that problem
