Hey,
 
i'm new on the block and as everyone seems to do it, I will join the party!
 
I have RMA created for TITAN SC SIGNATURE, what do you think I will get back if they won't have TITAN SC SIGNATURE available?

    Im getting same gpu back. Re-certified. Which is cool. Too bad i didnt read instruction proprly and lost my fancy signature box which i used to send faulty gpu to evga.

    Anyway, i have created rma on Sunday, had rma approved on Monday mornimg. Send card to Germany on Monday evening. It has been received on Wednesday morning and today re-certified card was sent back to me. Will have it on Monday. Thats 7 days in total and that I call great customer experience. Thank you EVGA.

    I didn't know about the box thing and lost my fancy box during my first RMA. The good news is when I had to RMA again they were out of refurbished boards and sent me a new one in a nice looking box again. EVGA customer service is the best I've ever had to deal with.

    I like my printed box with EVGA and my board specs printed across the front and back.
