A custom ordered block:

Likely never to be duplicated again.  Probably the longest waterblock run in watercooling history?
Still have the copper/delrin one in above post available.

Man that takes me back.  That was the prior gen waterblock, but defiantly the most intricate one.  I have acid etching materials now btw ;)

These blocks for SR-2 are excellent.
I never saw someone to make such nice water block for customers as on EVGA site.
This could save lot people with nice EVGA hardware if no one from Europe manufacturer don't want to make water blocks.
You should start serial production of CPU waterblocks... Only need to build 2 unique models and specific models.
Clean and minimalistic look could be best option for some clear, simple and nice waterblocks.
This image show one nice complete example... something similar and you could sell 50-100 pieces for few months.

Only need to think easy and nice for design of them... Example sign of Koolance are CPU 370 models... and people recognize them immediately...
Something what people are not capable to find on market. Build quality is on same level as other watercooling parts only you need to pay attention how EKWB and others build blocks inside because they constantly make testing and measure with different equipment for best performance and it's not bad if you keep their design inside.

Thanks.  I have been making these blocks for over 5 years.  Starting to slow down.  I feel like I made a block for almost every board in circulation at this point.

Come to think of it...I have made CPU waterblocks:

It did quite well in independent testing.  It was the least restrictive waterblock on the market, and it performs within 2° of the top waterblock on the market.

Any chance to still be a part of the upcomming batch? Have a SR-2 incomming.

Also, are you able to do CPU blocks in the same design? For a 100% matching SR-2. Would hate to have your clean look destroyed by company logos and LED-holes.

Sadly I dont make the CPU blocks for those anymore.  Those were a manufactured waterblock (by danger den - RIP) and I just made a replacement tops.  Shoot me a PM/email and I can take care of you.

So this block turned 6 years old in November.  How do I know?  I was designing the tool paths while at the hospital during the birth of my 6 year old daughter.  It makes me wonder if this is the longest waterblock in the history of personal computing?  That also says something of the design of this motherboard.

Both the board, and the block are going strong SIX YEARS LATER

Well they are both timeless works of art in their own right. I loved my SR-2 and the blocks I got from you. It's one of those things that I wish I had not sold.

While I'd love to have another, my X99 with a small upgrade to a 5960X could do the same work, and draw less power. And I think my wife would kill me if I had another major hardware change lol. but that dual socket beauty sure is sexy with a couple water blocks on it.

Nateman, it has been a while, but I do still have your two blocks the original permisealed one and another i acquired from ebay both going strong. It got me into the makerspace community actually where I continue to work on such cool ideas like you had with this waterblock.

Rig specs coming soon...
