NEX 1500 Classified died

Hello.

I am sorry to say my NEX 1500 Classified has stopped working.

It happened after a normal startup. 5 sec after entering windows desktop , PC shuts down with constant red light from PSU.

I disconnected everything from my NEX 1500, trying to start it up with Dip switches 1 and 5 on, it shows red light.
Dip Switch 1 and 5 should make it start up without anything connected. From first startup only switch 3 and 5 has been in use.


I am thinking there is no more to do than RMA.

Cosmos II custom watercooled

    When PSU die you only could thanks because protection work and didn't damage anything.
    Looks like most of them only shut down and didn't want to start any more... better than explosion and smoke.

    RMA question was no problem. 
    I payed collateral in the weekend, and the RMA package was packed and shipped Monday. 
    I got the package with a NEX 1500 Classified delivered to my work today. I am impressed by how fast i got it in my hands.
    Installing next up.

    Package With RMA unit was in my hand Tuesday.
    I did a test with Dip-switch 5 and 1, unit working. I reconected all cables, set Dip-switch to 5 and 3, and started up.
     PC is up and running again. My "New" NEX 1500 Classified is powering system as good as it can be, unit has a nice green led light.
     
    Shipping "old" unit out and package got stuck in postal dept for international shipping. On phone they say: It doesnt matter how well documented package is, as it was not shipped With the "right" document.
    The "right" document named Proforma Invoice, was needed for shipping out of country.
     I mailed that postal dept. my Proforma Invoice, and got back one more mail saying i needed more documents. Next day I called that postal dept, they say Package was shipped out. *-*
     
    EVGA support got that package now, atlast, thanks.
    The collateral is back in my bank.
     
    I will say case closed, im happy.
