I have been wondering if I would really have to sacrifice a lot of settings to run surround on two vanilla GTX Titan SC's on a 2560X1440 surround setup or do they have enough to keep up?  I have three 1440X2560 monitors and have a 1080p Wacom Cintiq 22HD.  Only thing is I'm about to drop in a third GPU to run the extra monitors if these Titans can't handle the surround at 1440p.

I play FPS games(so FPS needs/should be above 60FPS), mainly Mechwarrior Online, but other FPS games like the FEAR series, Crysis Series, Far Cry series, some battlefield 4.  I do a lot of graphic design between Autodesk Sketchbook, CAD, Photoshop, Flash and other things like video editing as well and multi task a lot of that.  Heck right now I have Photoshop and Flash sitting in the background with multiple projects up.

System Specs:
Windows 10
X79 Asus Rampage IV Black Edition with an i7-3930 @stock clocks
32gb Corsair Dominator Platinum DDR3 @2100mhz

Knowing the rest of your system and what games you're planning on running would be helpful.

All I can say for the budget atm, The GTX Titans SC can help you with the graphic design aspect with no problem, specially if you are running SLI. I have a few friends who game and do designs at the same time and they are happy with the Titans series overall. Having a third does not hurt at all.

Those who abuse power, are nothing but scumbags! The challenge of power is how to use it and not abuse it. The abuse of power that seems to create the most unhappiness is when a person uses personal power to get ahead without regards to the welfare of others, people are obsessed with it. You can take a nice person and turn them into a slob, into an insane being, craving power, destroying anything that stands in their way.

Yeah thats why I got them in the first place was because of their "workstation" performance.  I'm just wondering if Surround at 1440p is to much to ask of these two cards and if so I may just have to add a GTX690 to drive the three auxillary monitors and SLI the two titans for a single monitor.

You can look it up in you tube if you want: GTX 780 SLI - Three 1440p Monitors - 7680 x 1440 gaming with NVIDIA Surround,  is what i'd seen so far.
To be honest the titans can still hold their own.
