I'm sure EVGA is working on a solution.  One member has upped the VCCIO from .9V to 1.3V to get their 2133MHz memory dimms to load into windows.  I've had issues with the code 55, finding that I needed to set the actually dimm voltages at 1.5V instead of Auto.

May want to start looking here for when new issues arise.

I think we can expect a BIOS update in the near future.

This is a new board ,and will have some bugs that need working over. I have no video after resume from S3. I know that that is most commonly a RAM issue. I have my 1600 rated RAM at 1400 as that is the only way it will pass prime 95 without errors. The no resume issue does not change if I use CPU graphics or my GTX660. I sure hope EVGA will address these issues. I remember all the problems with Nvidia drivers when the 8800GTX first came out. Took Nvidia forever to get it right.

Try booting with just one stick of RAM installed.

Lower the voltage to 1.5 and run without XMP at 1333 MHz. http://www.kingston.com/datasheets/KHX21C11T2K2_16X.pdf

I don't think you can flash the BIOS if you can't get into the BIOS screen. Carefully remove the CPU and check for bent pins. You could just release pressure on the latch and wiggle the CPU to make sure it's making proper contact with the socket as long as you're sure there are no bent pins. The memory controller is on the CPU.

Put memory kingstone kvr1333D3S8N9/2G 1,5v. Error 94 every 30 seconds to restart. Sometimes выскакивает error 55. When you run the проскакивают 3B 4F 36 72 is all that I see.

On another memory - one module memory bios. Works. But earned after removing the wifi module" killer" from the slot mini PCI-E Is a very strange. Went in bios, established 9-9-9 . Works with his memory with one memory. everything works. With the second strap error 55. Memory bought a pair. She was with two memory modules. Now is one strap on 1333 9-9-9

December 01, 2012, This is really an Old Post!
After the last Z77 Bios Update I was able to set my Memory to run at 2133MHz.

    KHX21C11T2K2/16X
    16GB (8GB 1G x 64-Bit x 2 pcs.)
    DDR3-2133 CL11 240-Pin DIMM Kit
    DESCRIPTION
    Kingston's KHX21C11T2K2/16X is a kit of two 1G x 64-bit (8GB) DDR3-2133 CL11 SDRAM (Synchronous DRAM), 2Rx8
memory modules, based on sixteen 512M x 8-bit FBGA components per module.
Each module kit supports Intel® XMP (Extreme Memory Profiles).
Total kit capacity is 16GB. Each module kit has been tested to run at DDR3-2133 at a low latency timing of 11-12-11 at 1.60V.
The SPDs are programmed to JEDEC standard latency DDR3-1333 timing of 9-9-9 at 1.5V. Each 240-pin DIMM uses gold contact fingers.
The JEDEC standard electrical and mechanical specifications are as follows:

    XMP TIMING PARAMETERS
    JEDEC: DDR3-1333 CL9-9-9 @1.5V
    XMP Profile #1: D3-2133 CL11-12-11 @1.60V
    XMP Profile #2: D3-1600 CL9-9-9 @1.5V

    FEATURES
    JEDEC standard 1.5V (1.425V ~ 1.575V) Power Supply
    VDDQ = 1.5V (1.425V ~ 1.575V)
    667MHz fCK for 1333Mb/sec/pin
    8 independent internal bank
    Programmable CAS Latency: 9, 8, 7, 6
    Programmable Additive Latency: 0, CL - 2, or CL - 1 clock
    Programmable CAS Write Latency(CWL) = 7 (DDR3-1333)
    8-bit pre-fetch
Burst Length: 8 (Interleave without any limit, sequential with starting address “000” only), 4 with tCCD = 4 which does not allow seamless read or write [either on the fly using 12 or MRS]
    Bi-directional Differential Data Strobe
Internal(self) calibration : Internal self calibration through ZQ pin (RZQ : 240 ohm ± 1%)
On Die Termination using ODT pin
    Average Refresh Period 7.8us at lower than TCASE 85°C, 3.9us at 85°C < TCASE < 95°C
    Asynchronous Reset
PCB : Height 2.122” (53.90mm) w/ heatsink, double sided component

Now that you can get into the BIOS screen you should be able to flash the BIOS with the latest version.
