I just tried to play a few minutes of BF4.  The game was in slow motion.  It was smooth but slow.  Even the countdown to respawning was slow.  I tried two different servers and it was the same in both.
 
Is anyone else having this problem?  Anyone have ideas how to fix it?

    Problems reported on the BF4 Battlelog page:
    "We are aware of server login/access issues on Battlefield 4 (PC) and are working to resolve them as soon as possible."
