EVGA GTX 480 Hydro Copper Temp problem ?

Someone can Help !!!
 
problem with my card GTX 480 FTW load UP 96°C What is the problem ?
 
"Opened water-block any contamination"
 
The water system is configured water-temp: 28°C
 
CPU: Idle-Temp: 32°C 
Load-Temp: 48°C
---------------------
Idle-Temp: GPU: 42°C
Load-Temp: GPU: 96°C problem !!!

    It might be time to reapply some thermal paste.

    I've replaced it with a new thermal paste ! But it did not help

    Unless there's a blockage or air in the lines then it's time to apply for an RMA replacement as long as your pump is good. I cracked open my H220 to trim the hoses and put some anti-kink coils on them for looks yesterday. It took me over three hours to bleed all of the air out of it. I can't help but think of Beetlejuice every time I look at my PC now:

    The water system is Good But Hot GPU: 96°C

    Then it's time to start a support ticket requesting an RMA replacement.
