EVGA 750 FTW Best Alienware X51 card

I just replaced my Nvidea 640 card that came with my Alienware X51 with the EVGA 750 FTW. I have the R1 computer but the extra power requirements have not been a problem using Windows 7 and direct X 11. Played online Counter Strike using the EVGA Precision X OC tool and with just adding 51 MHZ I was hitting over 1400 MHZ with a stock motherboard, i3 (3220) and just 8GB DDR3 memory. Thanks EVGA you solved the problem with upgrading the X51 and using less power then the GTX 660.

    My Alienware X51 managed to get to 1473 MHZ with a 2651 Memory boost using the EVGA 750 FTW and EVGA precision X using Valley Bench mark.Could my FPS 70 average do better with a i5 3570 or i7 3770. That mobo won't let me overclock the CPU.

    The i7-3770 will give you a nice performance boost if your motherboard will support it. Make sure to check your manufacturer's support site for a compatible CPU list.

    Thanks, sorry to be so slow to reply but had problems crashing with windows 10 and new Nvidea windows 10/Direct X 12drivers download for my GTX 750 FTW. I think older gen 3 2013 computers may not be able to use direct X 12.

    I am also like the CS game. And I use my Alienware M17X to play it.

    If you want less problems you should ditch Windows 10 and go back to whatever you were using last, hopefully Windows 7.
