can someone explain what changing this does exactly ? i cannot find any info on it at all anywhere

those settings are only for extreme over volting and over clocking when using Ln2 Dice
 for benchmarking

there is a thread somewhere at kingpin cooling on it I belive, 
that is the "secret menu"
