On another more related note. Received my 980 ti Hybrid today!! thank the lord!! ahhhh After waiting (and paid the money) since June 26. Installed and all working sweet, no noise, super quiet. and my ASIC score is 69.2 is that average??

Not sure, I hope mine is at least that. I would really like a 70+.
I had 4 gigabyte G1s going through my hands, the lowest AISC was 75.9% from what I remember best being 81%...with Hybrids it looks like people are around 65% to 69% not sure if people are having a bad luck with theirs hybrids or EVGA is saving the good ones for Kingpin cards.... hoping for around 75% on mine Hybrid if it ever arrives (order placed/paid on 19th June)

Well that's fine, but like one guy has a 55% ASIC or something and the card failed. If I happen to get over 70% I would consider selling, 65-69% is just fine for me as I don't overclock stuff.

Thanks :) I am impressed so far. Hopefully I can get around this OC issue as I'd love to see what I could push it to. It idles around 32 and the hottest I saw it go briefly under stress was 58.

I have no problem ordering as I'm home during the day so I'll gladly order another one for somebody as long as they make sure I don't lose any money on it. I don't want to profit, not even $1. I just want to make sure that I break dead even. If that's the case I have no problem ordering another one. Also depending on the ASIC of my card I may or may not sell my 980 ti Hybrid when it comes in Thursday.
How funny I kept seeing people able to buy the Hybrid, but I cannot get mine for 2 months still from Amazon pre-order. (Amazon is the only route I can go thru, don't ask me why but I have my reasons)

So catch it when they advertise it. Stop preordering because you could be the #555 pre-order and that means that you won't get it for quite some time. You just don't know. This is why pre-ordering is crap.

This is exactly the problem. If you COULD order it from EVGA you would. I am guessing if you could sign up through EVGA to preorder it you would as well. It is pretty disappointing how this rollout is handled on EVGA's part. Even having better communication on when stock could potentially be available would be better than what they are doing. I finally changed my order at Caseking.de since there is no clue when Hybrids will be in stock.
I already have my Ichill 980 TI Black waiting at the UPS Access Point, which I'll be getting once I'm back from holidays.
I really hope next EVGA release to be easier to get since I am one of those customers that could not make it.

So okay. I ordered 2 980 Ti Hybrids from Scan Computers here in the UK around Mid July. However ever since the announcement of these cards I have been constantly seeing that Scan have been delaying their dates due to them not getting the cards at all. Till this date there is around a 50 item backorder at Scan Computers. This gets better. When I call them up to ask them why they are constantly changing ETA Dates without confirmation of the actual ETA they say "These are the ETA Dates that EVGA Provides us with, once EVGA notifies us of the dates we update it on our website" Soo either EVGA is flat out lying to them for reasons that do not make sense to me or they genuinely have not got no where near enough stock to complete all these backorders even after 2 months for a card that is a reference PCB, Slightly OC an with a Custom Cooler. Jesus. Oh and the best part. After about a month. They have some stock due in tomorrow. Guess how many Cards. 7. Yes, SEVEN. Cmon EVGA I understand you are having issues with the cards but really this is the best you can do after about 2 months of announcing your cards. SEVEN CARDS? Really?
