Hello. I am really sorry for trouble, but i will realy greatful for help and answers.
After installing my new gpu Ichill Inno 980 Ti Ultra 3X OC i have non regular ticking noise when pc is heating up or cooling down. And yes i am sure, its coming from cpu fan. I am 100% sure , that not any wires are hitting on blades. When my graphic card is heating up ( after loaded a game ) im getting no regular ticking noises coming from cpu fan. Or when quiting games ( cooling down ) the same. But during load all is quiet, no ticking.
Of course first i was thinking that is my GPU but i close my ear and its from cpu fan!
I ran prime95 stress test for the cpu and there was no sound, no ticking after starting test and quitting. So i dont understand this.
Why i have non regular ticking noises from cpu when my gpu is heating up or cooling down?
when i test prime95 ( most cpu stress ) i dont have that ticking noises from cpu.
Problem started after i installed my new gpu Ichill 980 Ti 3x OC. On my previous 980 ti reference i dont have ticking noise from cpu.

Can somebody help me and explain me this?
that no regular single ticks noises sounds like this:

IMO, unless you have a mechanics stethoscope it is almost impossible to really determine where a mechanical tick or rumble etc. is coming from when devices are close together.  These stethoscopes have a rod connected to a metal diaphragm then thru plastic tubing to the ear piece.  You place the rod on the outside of the moving devises to determine which on actually is making the noise.
I have used these stethoscopes many times to resolve which device is actually making the noise as my ear was telling me the sound was coming from a different device.  Hope you can resolve.

Maybe the heat transfer causing the cracking?

Because after prime95  (  gpu is not working ) and i dont have that single popping\ticking noises.

After gaming i have popping\ticking noises and its coming directly from cpu fan. What you think?

You have hit on a good possibility.  The hot water pipe coming into my kitchen has a popping sound as the pipe expands thru a fitting when turned on and when it is cooling down after faucet is shut off.

Yeah i think it is just expanding\contracting. Because when i stress cpu with Prime 95 and before or after stressing ,no single pop\tick coming from cpu fan.
But after gaming ( when gpu is blowing hot air to cpu ) i am getting single popping\ticking noises coming from cpu fan. What you think?

Maybe try installing your old card or a spare and see if the ticking continues. If it doesnt, its the new GPU making the noise. Other than that maybe your CPU fan is going bad? What cooler do you have?

My cpu heatsink making weird single popping\clicking noises in both situations. When i start to run a game ( heating up ) and after exiting games ( cooling down ). After a while when i am under load, its quiet, without noises. Is this normal or not?
And yes i am sure not cables hitting to fan blades of cpu.
Also i tried Prime95 and i cant reproduce ticking. Its always before gaming or at starting gaming. Any ideas?
And yes i am sure its not coming from GPU .

It sounds like LCD TV making clicking/cracking sounds.

I am using 4790k withSTOCK box cooler and my gpu is Ichill 980 Ti Oc 3x Ultra. Gpu is with triple fans, that blowing hot air to cpu.
