Hello, Today during my 980ti Classified unboxing I noticed little card in the box with "50% OFF On Your Next Purchase of Supernova Power Supplies & Torq Gaming Mice" Is this just for evga us store or eu also? How can I use this discount (haven't received any code after registration of the cards). Besides that any idea when there will be restock of SuperNOVA 1600 P2 or it is hot stuff like Hybrids and Classy?

Thank you for clearing this out. Once again Europe customers are treated like second-class people. I also don't understand why product packed in Europe (in Germany) and designed for Europe market received promotion that is only Canada/US citizens... Why evga having such a great products always fails in details like this?

That's pretty screwed up tbh, especially if you bought on the Europe evga site and then are told you can't use it. I would call them and start an argument if it were me, solely because it's a bit of false advertising.

it's ridiculous how EVGA is not able to manage such simple things. same as Amazon offering and advertising me a Prime membership knowing that I can't use most of it's benefits in my country. a very big Fail...

Hello ChrisB, Thank you for information. I'm willing to change my brand new Seasonic Platinum power supply (of which I am not satisfied because of random fan noise) into Supernova P2 1200 or 1500W. Another huge problem is that they are both currently out of stock in Eu...well there is no 1000+ psu available which is sad. See which way the cat jumps. I hope this time Evga will raise to the task like they always do :)

just did this. could totally use a higher end PS for a good price. was just about to order a seasonic x650 but with this deal staying evga is a no brainer . the new 650 g2 looks extremely competitive

Honestly, I've lived by the same principal regarding PSU. Always go more than what you need as it'll last you longer because it's not under near full load or full load 24/7. I went overboard a bit by going with the 1300 G2 as I would of been happy with the 1000w platinum or 1200 watt, but the 1300 was cheaper with the rebate. I wouldn't go any less than 1000 though.

that was more or less my idea. my system should use around 430w, a 650w power supply is a 50% overhead

Still if you honestly plan on upgrading in the future, or running SLI I would go up. If you're not going to change anything I would run the 850w PSU, otherwise get the 1000w.

Small update about the case.
Today I received information from evga support that my account was authorised for this promotion.
Big thanks for that to Evga.
The only problem now is that there are no Platinum PSU's at stock, so nothing I can use it for :(
Going to wait for restock (I have 30 days for that) but I feel that new Titanium PSU's arrive and they won't count in this promotion.

just talked to someone today too. basically told me "sure we can make this work but no it won't work on anything not on the list...the auto notify sold out list that is" i guess it's not the worst thing in the world i'll probably just wind up buying more power supply than i actually need since the higher end supplies become affordable at 50% off

Today Supernova 1600W P2 appeared on stock so I ordered one with 50% off and use of 25 evga bucks.
Now its time to return Seasonic and wait for delivery :)
