Hey guys,

AFAIK the warranty on the PSU should be 10 years. However, when I check it under:
(Can*t post links. The Guestregister site. thiswebsite/Support/guestregister.asp)
It displays merely 900 days left. The PSU was bought half a year ago.
Is there something I am missing or is there an issue?
Thanks for your support!

    which psu?       LOL, nevermind

Did you register it when you purchased?

if not, go to my products page (member home), register it and upload a copy of the receipt.
Should show the warranty then, if not, contact support

the warranty of the PSU is 10 years upon registration after purchase.
otherwise the warranty is an EVGA standard of 3 years, I assume you missed the registration.
this would explain what you see under guest rma.

Unless your purchase was done second hand, you would not want to use the Guest RMA page to submit a request for a PSU RMA.  So long as you're the original owner from an authorized re-seller, you'll only need to register the unit to have access to the full duration.

Is the registration a 30 day cut off limit?
