Upgrading RAM! Will these sticks work with my X58 Classified?

Hey everyone! I'm planning to upgrade my ram on my EVGA X58 Classified. I just wanted to make sure the RAM I am planning to purchase is going to work. Triple Channel RAM is not easy to come by these days. 
 
G.SKILL NQ 12GB (6 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800)

    Curious why you would use less than the support 4gb sticks ?
