I have looked forever for a board and cannot find one, aside from rediculous ebay prices. so i would like to know. Could i buy one straight from evga or something?

A used one from ebay is as good as it gets I'm afraid, if you can ever even find one. They were discontinued 3 years ago.

Because I have a spare one which I could be persuaded to part with, but unless you are in UK shipping would be prohibitively expensive.

I kept hoping EVGA would make another Dual Xeon board based on The E5 Xeon Family,using DDR4 etc. ASUS is the only one I can find with more up to date hardware.
Ebay is great for CPU prices as well.

Why stop such a great product. Let's look at the Folding @ Home project. A setup like that could contribute so much it's just amazing. If people really want the board, I'd say at least make a few more for the holidays next year...
If you use a computer at night, check out f.luxResearch: https://justgetflux.com/research.htmlDownload: https://www.justgetflux.com/This reduces how blue (6500k) the screen is and looks better once you get used to it - the getting used to may take up to a week! Your screen will be "more orange" at night but it's for the best. In about 20 minutes your eyes won't even notice. A white paper should match your screen, maybe play with the monitor settings to get it closer.

There were better, less buggy alternatives back then, and this has only become more so since then.
