I found that turning off the overlay, which turns off the little precisionx server that runs along side precisionx in the tray fixes it.
However, I am having a memory leak now that is causing me to crash in game after a random amount of time. I have 2 980 Ti's, and my res certainly does not use 6GB of ram. Sorry to derail your thread. I would check to see if the little EVGA Icon is up next to the PX icon in your tray and if it is, turn it off by turning off the overlay in PX.
