4 days seems quite slow? is that a amd issue or is this the same speed for nvdia 
 
gpu: r9 290x 
 
also how do i add a extra pc to the clients mine is getting stuck on connecting

    Not an AMD guy so I can't speak to any driver issues, however some NVIDIA wu's take several percent to settle in. Particularly if it's the first time for a specific unit on that rig.
     
    Other than that, yes that is quite slow.

    edit: sick got a cpu one for also 4days im probs gonna quit running this on my main rig and let it only run on my old pc
    i just restarted a new WU and now i got one for 3hrs 220k ppd and my other pc is 55k ppd

    WUs are determined by units you've done in the past and your feature set. If you have powerful hardware you may get WUs that take longer because slower hardware won't be able to complete it.
     
    Nothing else running to suck up CPU performance?

    This often happens when pausing and restarting a WU, especially within the first 10% of the workload. Did you ever look back after a few minutes to see if it updated and worked faster?

    It looks like a 5 to 6 hr WU that hasn't settled in yet IMO judging by the bonus points not being added in.
