My 780i sli board stop working. It shut off after updates next day i push the button. I didn't hear the post beep so i turned it off and open the case. I turned it back on and it stayed on code 25. I have done everything i have read up on doing nothing works so i think the board is bad. I'm wanting to know if there is a board i can get to replace this one? I have q6600 cpu which i don't want to throw away. I just don't want to spend a lot of money right now on upgrading to a better gaming system.

    Hello Fizzerman,

We do apologize for any issues with your 780i SLI motherboard. If not done already, try testing the board with only the CPU and 1 Stick of RAM and reset the board by taking out the coin battery for 10-15 seconds with the power disconnected. You may also want to try pushing down on the BIOS chip as can help fix BIOS related issues.

If you did want to keep the Q6600, motherboard that supports LGA 775 socket should work. If you have any further issues or questions, feel free to contact us 24/7 at 1-888-881-3842 or by email at support@evga.com.
