    That would be usefull for next generations of processors. 
    Now is problem because lot of people confirm that they throw money in garbage even with 3200MHz because can't work stable.
    Latency 25... I would like to see more 3000MHz 9-9-9 1T...That would be usefull speed, this is marketing. 
    Or 3000MHz 8-9-8 and than people have more chance to reach same result as 4000MHz kit with C19 or C25.
    But they don't want that... Now 2133MHz DDR4 kit C10 cost more than normal 3000MHz with C15/16.
     
    But good thing with X99 platform is because later people could upgrade, platform support everything...
    If someone have i7-5820K and 2666/2800MHz 16GB later for 3-4 years could upgrade on 8 core processor and 32GB memory but example 3000MHz with C9/C10 when such memory become cheaper. Or even could buy from some office cheaper Xeon with more than 8 cores.
