As the title said. Terrible software.
 
It has to do with the server overlay module.

    I have been wondering why watching a YouTube video on a second monitor while either playing a game or doing something else on the primary monitor (like a Facebook game) would cause everything to lag like crazy. This is on a GTX970 SSC, mind you.
     
    Precision won't even maximize anymore even after uninstalling and reinstalling. Oh well.
