I tried to step up my 980 FTW to a 980Ti and still haven't heard anything for a little over a month now.  Is this normal?

AMD 5900X
64GB G.SKILL TridentZ Neo @ 3600MHz
EVGA 3090 FTW3 Ultra
EVGA 1200W P2
LG C1 OLED 120Hz

    Unfortunately I can confirm this this normal at this time due to the high demand of Step Up requests to the new GTX 980 Ti. Once your queue is complete your product page will update to reflect this.

    Ok thanks, was getting kinda worried.  That and I have never stepped up before so I have no idea what to expect.
