How to get Duke Nukem Forever to 5760x1080 3D Vision surrond mode, help please

I'm trying to get Duke Nukem Forever to 5760x1080,
but the highest it will go is,  1920x1080 with a 16:9 ratio.
It also won't allow for a 3 monitor ratio.
 
My setup, 2x GTX770 SLI mode, 3x monitors via DVI, Surround enabled and desktop at 5760x1080.
-- I can run Unreal Tournament 3 at 5760x1080 with 3D Vision enabled.
-- I know DNF can do this, on my previous computer I played it at 5760x1080 in 3D.
 
I know this can be done, 5760x1080.
 
How do I get DNF to 5760x1080?

    I have it at 5760x1080 , it supports it natively in the resolution selection screen . I haven't touched it in about a year though .I got pissed at it when it wouldn't give the prompt to kill the big alien creature w/3 boobs . You bounce grenades at her & fight minions but the prompt never came up .
