Looking for a XBone game, don't want to spend $60 on a console game, looking for suggestions?

Been playing some Destiny "limited Free Trial" but doesn't feel worth $60? Gears of War Remasted looks good, never played it, again $60.
Forza 5 $40 maybe. Kings Quest $40, I've never played Halo, Hell, even got a few hours on XB Mine Craft "Not a controller game, and get repetitive.Tomb Raider just looks updated pos shooter to me.

Been pretty happy with the XBone, but didn't just buy it for console games, and great for media "one of the main reason I got it".

Looking for suggestions, I don't care for BF or CoD, Hell even if they offered Mass Effect and HL games I'd buy those even though I've played em, haven't touched ME2&3 yet.

The selection of games for Xbone is awful. That being said the Gears of War series is spectacular. I loved playing the series on Xbox 360. At least the first 3, after that it became halo with just random sequels that are just money grabs. 

Standard price of any new release on Xbone and PS4 will be 60 bucks, so your options are somewhat limited by default.

I would say Sunset Overdrive is probably the best title on the Xbone that can't be had elsewhere, what with KI coming to PC soon.
